abby they didn’t pick Italy because of Beverley but because of trip in 2008 and because of Muccino’s movie, in addition in this way there is the license issue. Maybe they’re already married, maybe not (I mean legally), I think it can be just another way to milk the wedding. E!online already wrote about license. Maybe in few weeks there’ll be an article about they got the license before or after wedding.
The pics are blurry but he doesn’t look as someone who is going to get married. But he has to blame only himself. Not only about the whole thing to get married with her, but also about the wedding. Ashley except few Jessica’s fans who post everyone here know that Jessica’s PR call the papz and that without Justin Jessica would have been over long time ago. I don’t care if the wedding sucks or not, even because I doubt it, the place seems beautiful and he spent a lot of money, I’m sure food and the other things are good. Sure I would not be there, I think it would be cringeworthy see Justin trying to do his best while he has to say I Do. But it’s about 10 minutes, then he will back to drink, eat and have fun. They can have the most wonderful wedding, this doesn’t change that everything about this sucks.

Muccino’s movie is Playing For Keeps. I think that the fact that she’s going to promote a movie from an italian director, maybe in the same Italy too (and in Italy the movie will come out before) is one of the reasons (in addition that they can do a link to the trip in 2008) they decided to get married there. Notice that E!online asked about Jessica and the wedding to Gerard Butler during the premiere of his new movie. I’m not saying it’s the main reason, but imo it was a factor of the choice.

He’s settling. He said it in an interview after they broke up that she was the most significant thing in his life up to that point, and he will stick with it until someone proves him different. He’s over 30 now, lots of his friends are settling down, he probably figured he had already invested enough time into it and Jessica will do whatever he says so why not just lock it in. It makes perfect sense. We will see how long he can fake his “happiness”. I honestly have never really seen a photo of them (not recently anyway) that he looks happy. His attention is usually anywhere else but her. They just don’t act like a couple in love.

Honestly, that is a ton of money and Justin has money and lots of it, but I’m not sure he has $6.5M to spend one night. I know it is a destination wedding, but unless they paid for everyone to fly out on a private jet to Naples and not just some as been reported, the wedding really just costs the same as any other wedding that people would have if they decided to have a three day wedding extravaganza with food and booze for hundreds. From the photo published in Life & Style it sure looks like the wedding festivities kicked off on a high note. Of course, don’t forget that the wedding will not be legal in the US, so there will probably have to be another wedding probably at some point in the future. Or, they could just consider themselves married.

So, from my understanding, UNLESS these two USA citizens have a civil ceremony and fill out additional paperwork, the marriage is not recognized as legal.

Again, until TMZ or someone else creditable says that a marriage license has been signed and filed IN THE US on these two behalf, I PERSONALLY will not recognize the union. The only requirement to get a private marriage license is if they’ve been living together as husband and wife and there is no limitation on how long they have to have been living together and the license is only valid if the wedding ceremony took place in los angeles, so it’s possible they had a wedding ceremony before they left. It seems like it’s pretty easy to get one because they have to do is lie and say they have been living together as husband and wife and no one could really check and see if they are telling the truth.

It’s official! After five years of dating, Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are husband and wife.
“It’s great to be married, the ceremony was beautiful and it was so special to be surrounded by our family and friends,” the couple told PEOPLE in an exclusive statement Friday.
Timberlake, 31, and Biel, 30, kept mum about the nuptials – they were even vague to guests, keeping the location in southern Italy a complete secret until the last minute – but PEOPLE will have all the details of the wedding, including exclusive photos, in next week’s issue out Wednesday.
Engaged since December, when Timberlake proposed in Big Sky Montana with a custom-designed ring, the couple have been inseparable.
Most recently, Timberlake showed support for his leading lady earlier this month when she was honored at Variety’s Power of Women event for her work with Charity: Water.
The actor-musician said recently of his bride, “She’s a really, really, really special person.”

It’s not going to sell well. Most PR and Press peeps will tell you thinks with prominent male celebs don’t sell. Justin is well-known but JB for obvious reasons isn’t. And once this dies down she’ll take her permanent spot along the Hollywood Forgotten First Wives Club alongside Michael Douglas’s first wife, Tom Hanks ex, and others.

PEOPLE has confirmed they have the exclusive. JT married today and he and his wife released a generic statement to the magazine in advance of next Wednesday’s super issue with photos and details.

Lainey is dumb of course he wasn’t going to release their photos to vogue it’s a fashion magazine that is release monthly and the November issue is probably already released or its ready for release. They want the attention now the media will be talking about them all next week and the following week and then she’ll be gearing up for promo in November. they aren’t going to wait months for a magazine to publish their photos because they want the maximum attention so they can milk for as long a they possibly can.
^good point Tinks. If they wanted to do it for a monthly magazine they could have worked out that deal already and kept ppl waiting to see the pictures and milking it until they get out tho. But its better that it is done by a weekly so we can just see it and get it over with.

Lol Abby I don’t think it is that deep. They are teenagers and will go back to TN or where ever they are living and continue to live their normal lives.. Jonathan and Stephen resemble Justin and with the Timberlake last name their friends must know they are related.
Plus you know she’s going to get magazine covers anyway and they will probably put some of the wedding pictures in there. it will better for her when she has to promote she can talk about the wedding and the photos it works out for her.

No doubt that Justin did a prenup but I think her PR will not share details. Now it’s all about how much they’re happy, that “it’s great be married”, etc. A prenup will not look good. I think eventually the details of the prenup will come out with the divorce. Lainey is dumb as always, lol. She’s too blind from hate for Justin, while she should use the brain. Jessica wants to milk the wedding from the beginning – actually even before – and continue as long as she can. Blake did that thing with the dress because she can do it, she can wait a little to make see the dress. Jessica is both desperate and sick of attention, she would never be able to wait months to share the pics of the wedding dress.
I agree about the comment on CDAN. I doubt Justin really cared to release a statement, I bet he was still drinking and have fun. I doubt he picked the words for the statement. It was her PR who began to work hard before with People and then with the others. It’s true that the statement is generic but from the other hand I found every statement generic, especially for things as wedding. It’s just a thing to be published on magazines.

I don’t think there is a time limit it’s likely that they are legally married though they probably got legally married a few weeks to a month before getting married in Italy.

I believe that this Italian wedding has provided possible outs/loopholes if either or both want out. I’m not saying that they aren’t married or didn’t go through the protocol for an Italian wedding, but, after reading some of the things they would have to do in order for it to be legal, I’m wondering when they had the time to do all of it. I’m trying to figure out when they had time to go to an Italian consular officer (in the US orItaly) to get a declaration? Did they do it during their trip to Italy earlier in the year? She seemed to be quite visible making sure every one knew where she was at…and he was making movies a good portion of the year. There is no record of a marriage license in US for them, because I’m sure some outlet like TMZ would have reported it. Why get a confidential marriage license in CA? To throw off the paps/media…for what, a couple to few weeks before a big blowout wedding? Can’t understand the possible need to make the marriage private/off the record when you are going to throw a very public wedding that will be reported by major outlets. Idk, I think that they are going to have to “prove” the marriage is legit, i.e. a marriage license, before some people believe it (personally, I’m on the fence about the legitimacy of the marriage…can see it going either way).
