Model behavior is a teen targeted movie , therefore it features lame sequences and storyline. Super Model Jeanine Adams lives the life most girls would kill for. She's beautiful and adored by millions. Has more money in the bank than most 17 year olds and has everything she wants at the drop of a hat. Meanwhile on the other side of town Lives Alex Burrows , a highschooler who is barely noticed and feels everyday she has woken up on the wrong side.
Alex's dad is an event caterer in the new York city area and is scheduled for an event which features Miss Adams as the Guest of honor. As Jeanine feeds her hunger with the cheese balls being passed out , she feels to have seen her reflection , although it was just a glimpse of the waitress. Jeanine pulls the girl into the bathroom to show her just how alike they truly are.

Both girls being sick of the lives they lead , they decide to switch lives for one week. But neither knew exactly what was to come.

Jeanine was used to a life of luxury , parties at expensive places , giving orders to her assistant and always being alone , so moving into a normal average middle class house in the suburbs wasn't something she had bargained for. Her only means of Luxury was the refrigerator. at her home Ice was considered an essential food group.

Meanwhile back at the Adams household Alex had to adjust to having an assistant who was afraid of her. and all the rules that came with being a model.

for a girl who was born into a middle class family , going from nothing to the most sought after teen in the world was always a dream , and to top it off , Jason Sharpe , the hottest teen male model, ( Justin ) had his eye on Jeanine . Without knowing Jeanine's hatred towards Jason , Alex accepts his proposal for a date.

While Alex is on a date with the one guy Jeanine never wanted , Jeanine is out with the one guy alex always wanted. the girls for once in their lives are living it up and feel free. Neither have ever had just a few hours to them selves and neither have ever felt wanted.

In the end their story unfolds and they find themselves wanting their own lives back. Jason walks in on what he thinks is his girl , but it's the other with another guy and dumps her , and it ruins all plans. both girls confess all and still get the guy in the end.
