Their lives couldn’t be more different at the moment: While Justin Timberlake has been dancing and partying up a storm with his crew of musicians and sexy backup singers, pregnant Jessica Biel has spent her days quietly shopping, decorating the baby’s nursery and taking prenatal yoga classes — and the time apart is taking its toll on the couple’s marriage.
In fact, friends say Jessica recently issued Justin an ultimatum: If he doesn’t step up to the plate and fully commit to their relationship and growing family, she’ll pull the plug on their two year marriage.
“Jess honestly thought that when she got pregnant, Justin would recommit himself to family life,” an insider tells Star. “But he’s been really disrespectful. Justin ignores Jess and treats her like she’s merely a friend.”
After the “Mirrors” singer missed several pregnancy milestones, his wife demanded to come meet him in Australia in New Zealand in October for their anniversary. “She told him she’s sick of hearing about cheating and that if they’re going to make it work, he has to become a more hands-on, full time husband and dad,” the source reveals. “And if he doesn’t, she said she’d divorce him and raise their baby as a single mom!”

Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel have begun legal proceedings in Ireland over an article that appeared in Heat magazine, according to the Irish Independent. Biel and Timberlake are alleging defamation in relation to a story and picture that was in last month’s edition of the publication.
The article apparently contained quotes attributed to Biel. Although a British publication, Heat is also sold in Ireland and throughout Europe and published by a German company.
Entertainment pointed out that due to the nature of the suit, the site could not republish the article in question or describe its contents. Glasgow’s Evening Times reported that the suit was filed with the High Court in Dublin against the Bauer Media Group, which publishes Heat. The Evening Times quoted the couple’s lawyer, Paul Tweed of Johnsons Solicitors, with regards to the filings.
The paper also noted the claims were filed separately — one on behalf of Timberlake and one on behalf of Biel. Tweed said it could take more than a year before the case actually goes to trial.
As the Irish Times notes, the couple are celebrating their second wedding anniversary this month. They were married October 2012 in Puglia, Italy. The high-profile couple is frequently in the media, including on the pages of The Inquisitr.
The Irish Times describes Tweed as an international media lawyer and reports Johnsons Solicitors will represent Biel and Timberlake in proceedings throughout Europe. Despite the potential for delay in the commencement of court proceedings, the Irish Times quotes Tweed as wanting a quick resolution to the suit.

WHERE does international popstar and avid golfer Justin Timberlake go to have a hit while in Adelaide? Nowhere apparently, with the exclusive Royal Adelaide Golf Club too busy for the SexyBack singer on the weekend.
Timberlake’s entourage, including his security detail, reportedly scoped out the highly-rated course at Seaton on Sunday afternoon but the perfect spring conditions ensured the manicured fairways and greens were already overrun by players.
Timberlake, whose golf handicap is said to be in single figures, previously played nine holes at Royal Adelaide when he was in town back in 2007.
Club general manager Andrew Gay said he was unaware the megastar was considering playing the course when contacted by The Advertiser.
Timberlake jetted into Adelaide on Saturday, enjoying a quiet evening at his CBD hotel. Unable to get a game in on Sunday he headed out to Norwood’s Hoyts cinema for a screening of the new animated children’s flick, Planes: Fire & Rescue .
Wearing a yellow baseball cap, green top, khaki pants and white sneakers, Timberlake — who was minus actress wife Jessica Biel — was ushered into the complex through a back entrance by an entourage of about 12 people, including a van full of security guards.
Surprisingly, the singer, who’s rumoured be trying to start a family with Biel, didn’t secure the entire cinema, and was joined by other patrons for the screening.
Only a small group of fans were aware of Timberlake’s appearance at the film, which was a closely guarded secret. The cinema remained tight-lipped after signing confidentiality forms prior to his arrival.
Justin Timberlake has secretly settled the scandalous sexual harassment lawsuit filed by a former employee at his New York City restaurant after she alleged she was forced by her male bosses to watch pornographic films, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting
Alison McDaniel — the former General Manager at Timberlake’s Southern Hospitality restaurant — filed the lawsuit against the “Sexy Back” singer and his business associates in 2009 claiming she was “bullied, degraded, harassed, and ultimately discharged” because of her gender.
After just three months at the restaurant, McDaniel claims she was made General Manager at a salary of $75,000 but was immediately met with sexism, particularly from co-owner Eytan Sugarman, who “vociferously made his disdain for female managers known,” the lawsuit stated.
McDaniels claims employees engaged in inappropriate things while on the premise of the venue and one time Sugarman and another co-owner, Ronnie Kaplan, “viewed pornography while in a locked room with McDaniel, and made fun of her when she began crying about what she was being subjected to.”
Kaplan allegedly “verbally assaulted McDaniel with a tirade of at least five minutes duration during which he physically bumped McDaniel and screamed and spit in her face,” the lawsuit claimed of another incident.
Although Timberlake, 33, is named in the lawsuit as an “owner, shareholder or member of SHX and/or an executive responsible for the operation and supervision of Southern Hospitality,” his rep released a statement after the lawsuit was filed saying:
“While Justin and Trace Ayala continue their friendship with Eytan Sugarman who owns Southern Hospitality, they are not investors, owners, or partners, nor do they have any knowledge of or involvement in the operations of the restaurant.”
However, Timberlake was never dismissed from the lawsuit over the years and he even filed documents asking for a protection order in 2013, to make sure certain things were confidential in regards to filings he made in the legal battle.
According to the Supreme Court in New York, the case was slated to head to trial shortly — but was settled on June 4 before the trial could begin.
The case was dismissed by McDaniel per a confidential settlement sealed in the court.
That is just kinda funny!

Jessica Biel may not be a mother in real life, but she does play a somewhat deranged and delusional mom in her new flick, The Truth About Emanuel.
At last night’s Hollywood premiere of the movie, Biel dished to us about tapping into her maternal instinct to film with a newborn baby.
“I think to make this person, this character, work without being some ridiculous, crazy performance, is to really believe in what she’s doing and believe that that is her truth, that baby is her baby and that’s what it is,” Biel exclusively told E! News.
“And so the nurturing element of being a mother, that is really what I tapped into,” the gorgeous 31-year-old actress continued. “Because it’s like, the best villain really believes what they’re doing. It’s the same idea. This woman, that’s just her truth, her reality.”
