October 18, 2004 - Us Weekly reports that *NSYNC star Justin Timberlake and girlfriend Cameron Diaz enjoyed a romantic dinner at Matsuhisa in Beverly Hills, California on October 7th. The couple walked into the upscale restaurant "holding hands and had big smiles," according to an onlooker. "They were very friendly and talkative." They took a private table and ordered sushi rolls and sashimi. "Shi was talking his ear off and laughing out loud," the witness added. "He didn't take his eyes off her all night."

October 18, 2004 - Lance Bass of *NSYNC attended the Space Frontier Foundation annual conference on October 8th on the Queen Mary in Long Beach, California. Star magazine reports that when the actress and the *NSYNC star were approached by a snapper as they were sitting in Justin's Jeep last month, a source says "Cameron told Justin to stop the car and she got out and started to walk up to the guy all pissed and he just ran away... Justin was laughing in the driver's seat."

October 11, 2004 - Globe magazine spoke with Justin Timberlake's grandfather William Bomar who denied the latest gossip the *NSYNC star had split with Cameron Diaz. "It's nonsense," Bomar said. "I just spoke to him, and everything is hunky dory. They just got back from a romantic vacation in Hawaii and they are doing just great. They are both busy with their careers and can't be together all the time. But there is absolutely nothing wrong with the relationship. It's very much still on."
