July 26, 2004 - 'Celebrity Justice' is reporting that *NSYNC star Justin Timberlake is preparing to sue a British newspaper over claims that he two-timed his girlfriend Cameron Diaz with Lucy Clarkson, who claimed she spent two "sizzling nights" with Timberlake while he was in London and Cameron was 5,000 miles away in Los Angeles. Timberlake's attorney, Marty Singer, insisted that the story is bogus and he's drafting letters to the tabloid demanding money, an apology and a retraction. The couple were spotted holding hands at the post-premiere party for Applegate's new film 'Anchorman', and later were eyed "openly kissing" at Joseph's. Three days later, the pair were "making out" at El Centro. The tabloid added that sources are saying Bass will go into space next year on a Russian launch.

July 26, 2004 - A source tells The National Enquirer that Britney Spears is being warned not to marry Kevin Federline by ex-lover Justin Timberlake. The *NSYNC star "told Britney she was crazy to get married," an insider revealed. "I heard that he told Britney, 'Don't make the biggest mistake of your life. The guy has two kids already. You shouldn't be doing this'." July 26, 2004 - On the weekend of *NSYNC's Challenge for Children Foundation fundraiser, Culinary Workers Union 226 is alleging to The New York Post that the charity "does not meet Better Business Bureau standards" for giving away money, and also says they've obscured this fact in IRS filings. The union has filed "investigation requests" with the BBB, the IRS and the Florida attorney general's office, since Challenge for the Children's next fundraiser is in Miami this weekend. July 19, 2004 - Lara Croft double Lucy Clarkson has revealed how *NSYNC star Justin Timberlake cheated on Cameron Diaz with her while he was in London. "Justin was totally obsessed with my boobs," 32DD Clarkson revealed. "He asked if they were false and I replied, 'Touch them'. He grabbed my boobs and pulled them out from the bra. He touched them in such a sensitive way it was like we'd been together for ever. He was just grabbing them and looking at them. Justin told me that none of his girlfriends have ever had boobs. "Britney and Justin are still close despite everything that's happened between them," an insider revealed. One person hoping the *NSYNC star won't have to see the nuptials is Britney's mother Lynne. "She's hoping Britney will come to her senses and not rush into marriage," the insider added. "Lynne would like them to date for at least a year." But if insiders are correct, not only will Britney be married in a year, she'll be pregnant too! "She just looked at Kevin and blurted out, 'I want to be married and pregnant by January'," a source revealed in the remark that sparked their dual proposals.

They mentioned the talented successors (Diana Ross in 'Lady Sings the Blues' and Barbara Streisand in 'A Star Is Born'), as well as the so-called untalented stinkers (Madonna in 'Swept Away' and Mariah Carey in 'Glitter'). As the special came to a close, they discussed some singers who will be starring in upcoming movies and *NSYNC star Justin Timberlake in 'Edison' was mentioned. Ebert commented, "Justin is surrounded by a well-balanced group of actors - he's got Morgan Freeman and Kevin Spacey there, just in case he doesn't deliver.
