September 19, 2003 - Ratethemusic.com reports that *NSYNC star Justin Timberlake admitted he's always struck with a huge amount of fear whenever he finds himself in the presence of spiders. "I was staying in a really fancy hotel on my vacation, and as I put my bag down inside my room, I spotted a massive spider just sitting on the bed," he said. "I'm terrified of spiders, so I could hardly move, let alone get rid of it. I actually had to call the front desk to get someone to remove it for me."

September 19, 2003 - Star magazine has learned that, before their Hawaiian getaway, Cameron Diaz dissed her younger boyfriend Justin Timberlake of *NSYNC for being a "Mama's boy" because Justin wouldn't buy a Malibu love nest for the couple without his mom Lynne Harless's approval. "Although Cameron and Lynne get on really well, Cameron felt enough was enough," a source revealed. "She attacked him for needing his mom's approval to move in with her. This really upset Justin, and they got into a big shouting match in front of the realtor showing them around the Malibu property." Cameron was also mortified when Justin's mom showed up at a New York City club at the end of August. Justin has since promised Cameron he would talk to his mom. September 2, 2003 - Michael Musto of the Village Voice reports Roberta Flack was recently overheard at a gym, bemoaning the fact that *NSYNC star Justin Timberlake got such a big push to solo stardom and a Boyz II Men member who she feels is immensely talented didn't. Meanwhile, Ted says Justin's *NSYNC bandmates Lance Bass, JC Chasez, and Joey Fatone were spotted without him at the Palm Restaurant in Orlando dining on some lobster. The trio were dressed in in ripped jeans, flip-flops and Burberry hats and later moved on to party at the Hard Rock Bar.
