February 28, 2003 - WENN reports *NSYNC star Justin Timberlake is set to make an appearance on 'Will & Grace', where he'll play a scheming gay gigolo who steals the heart of flamboyant Sean Hayes's character Jack, and swindles him out of money. Timberlake reportedly plans to donate his $50,000 paycheck from the show to an AIDS organization.

February 27, 2003 - News of the World reports *NSYNC star Justin Timberlake enjoyed a night of lust with Kylie Minogue and NOT her sister Dannii, who was just a decoy. "Gossips circulated the story about Dannii to try and throw reporters off the scent," an insider said. "Basically everyone has been working overtime trying to cover Kylie's tracks." February 16, 2003 - Christina Aguilera's mother Shelly Kearns again posted on LiveDaily.com on Friday, with encouraging news ahead of her daughter's summer tour with *NSYNC star Justin Timberlake. "Oh, you guys are going to absolutely love the tour this year," Kearns enthused. "She's told me about it and I'm amazed. And with Justin!! I love him. He's always so sweet when he sees me. February 14, 2003 - The latest performances announced by the Recording Academy for the 45th Annual Grammy Awards telecast are Eminem, Sheryl Crow with Lenny Kravitz, and a special tribute to Joe Strummer and the Clash featuring Elvis Costello, Tony Kanal (No Doubt), Bruce Springsteen and Steve Van Zandt. In addition, the Bee Gees will be honored with the Grammy Legend Award in a special presentation that will include a performance by *NSYNC. Read more.

February 14, 2003 - Heidi Mark, actress and ex-wife of Motley Crue frontman Vince Neil, did a 20 questions with Metal-Sludge.com. Asked which rock star deserves a smack in the mouth and why, she passed over former Van Halen frontman David Lee Roth and said, "Ok, let see, rock star now? You know what, all those bitchy....the ones who complain about their fame, you know what, go to the fu**in' karaoke bar. That's insane if you don't want your fame. Like the Backstreet Boys are so downtrodden. Every interview, and I do not own a Backstreet Boys CD, but it seems like every friggin' thing you read about 'em, is it's just 'so hard. Life's so hard.' February 12, 2003 - Us Weekly got the scoop from *NSYNC star Justin Timberlake's 22nd birthday party. They report that when Alyssa Milano showed up with her 'Charmed' co-stars Holly Marie Combs and Rose McGowan, Justin dissed his ex-girlfriend Milano saying, "Can't you see I'm trying to talk to people?" Then when he left, Justin was with best pal Trace and his on-off galpal Jenna Dewan, on their way to Timberlake's $8 million Beverly Hills home. 

February 12, 2003 - Globe magazine has more details behind Justin Timberlake's blow-up at the Planet Hollywood in London, where the *NSYNC star told fans, "I'm only here for a fu**ing hamburger!" A showbiz source explained, "Justin was just in a rotten mood. There were kids around when he was letting off his four letter tirade and that's not very smart if you are a big star." An assistant for Timberlake said he was frustrated by heavy London traffic and didn't mean to take it out on his fans. "It was supposed to be a peaceful hour's break at the restaurant, but all the chaos made him late and he had to cancel an appointment," the assistant explained. "Justin loves his fans and they didn't upset him."

February 8, 2003 - The Mirror reports *NSYNC star Justin Timberlake threw a diva-like tantrum when he appeared on Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway last week and the show rolled the credits over his new single 'Cry Me A River'. "He really let rip in the green room afterwards. It was hilarious," an ITV1 insider said. "He was ranting on about how there was no point in him even being there. He said he'd never go on Ant and Dec's show again. All the people he was with looked quite embarrassed and were trying to calm him down. February 7, 2003 - The New York Post reports that the tour team-up of *NSYNC star Justin Timberlake and Christina Aguilera was prompted by necessity according to an insider. "Justin is opening up for Christina because he didn't sell as many albums as she did, but - get this - together they don't even have enough pulling power to sell out arenas," the insider laughed. Promoters tell their label BMG that research shows the pair will have to play in 10,000-seat "theaters," and while BMG hoped to nab $75 a ticket, they'll have to settle for $35. A Jive rep responded to the charge saying, "The tour is an equal, co-headlining tour. Theaters were never even considered, it will be a multi-city arena tour. Tickets were priced relative to the economy and will be relatively cheap - $75 is way off. Justin and Christina sold about the same number of albums."

February 6, 2003 - NSYNC star Justin Timberlake was interviewed by Metro in the UK last week. When asked how much 'Cry Me A River' is about him having a go at Britney Spears, Timberlake says, "As far as the lyrics of the song are concerned, not at all, really. But the concept of the video was dreamed up by director Francis Lawrence. He passed it by me and I loved the idea so we then worked on the details together - things like who to cast and how the script would play out. People may think there's a war going on between me and her but that's not really the case. The video is about me more than her anyway - it's just a bit of fun." Asked how he'd react if Britney returned the favor in her video, casting a Justin lookalike, he says, "I'd be very flattered that she thought me worth it."

February 4, 2003 - Associated Press reports that because of the shuttle Columbia disaster, Russia will stop sending crews and paying tourists on short visits to the International Space Station for now. The Russian commercial launch program received a great deal of attention in the United States this summer when *NSYNC star Lance Bass made a bid to be aboard a Russian spacecraft for an October launch. "I think the challenge is going to be trying to get all of them into the music, and trying to get a certain kind of focus on a certain sound. I think we'll rise to the challenge. February 3, 2003 - A witness who was at *NSYNC star Justin Timberlake's 22nd birthday party at Dublin’s Irish Bar in Los Angeles tells News of the World that he and Britney Spears appeared to be getting along well. "Britney and Justin were laughing and joking and even danced together," the onlooker said. Last week the paper reported that Justin had been dating a British student known only as Sarah Jane.

February 3, 2003 - The Sunday Mirror reports that despite Britney Spears' snogging with Colin Farrell earlier this week, she was invited by *NSYNC star Justin Timberlake to his 22nd birthday bash on Friday night at Dublin’s Irish Bar in Los Angeles. But Britney left the party alone, determined not to get in any more trouble after she was caught kissing Colin at a party for the opening of his movie 'The Recruit'. Of course Us Weekly printed this before Spears was caught lip-locking with actor Colin Farrell and a reported hook-up between Timberlake and Christina Aguilera in London.

Leo was spotted kissing Aguilera at a secret redezvous after the 'Catch Me If You Can' premiere in London a few days ago at the Sketch club in posh Mayfair. A spy revealed, "They were being quite intimate, kissing and cuddling. There were other people with them but they were clearly very close." February 1, 2003 - The Mirror reports Christina Aguilera partied up on Wednesday night in London before flying back to Los Angeles on Friday seated next to *NSYNC star Justin Timberlake, fuelling rumors of romance. The pair reportedly locked themselves away for an hour on Sunday in a room at the Mandarin Oriental hotel. A spokeswoman for Aguilera downplayed rumors saying, "They're just pals. February 1, 2003 - Launch.com caught up with *NSYNC star Justin Timberlake and asked the singer if his move towards hip hop and R&B was a conscious effort to get away from the bubblegum pop that made him popular. "I think music is ever-evolving," Timberlake said. "I mean, I think a sound, people latch on to it and they want to hear it for a while. Just like this past year--the two top albums are Eminem and Nelly, and they're both of the same genre. They're both hip-hop. I just think that music, and popular music, is ever-evolving. And I think the bubblegum sound, you know, I think that that has changed. I don't think people want to hear that so much anymore. I know that I don't."
