The Gleek thinks JT’s hits would be perfect for a Super Bowl special…

Glee star Lea Michele has revealed that she wants the music of Justin Timberlake to feature in a special Super Bowl episode.

Despite show creator Ryan Murphy claiming that he wants either a Michael Jackson, Prince or The Beatles special for the Super Bowl, Michele claims that she hopes JT’s hits are featured.

Lea told The Hollywood Reporter: “I think they are saving Justin Timberlake for the Super Bowl episode. They have to be, because he is so perfect for our show. He has to be on it!”

She continued: “When I met Jessica Biel, like a loser, I asked her to tell Justin to come on our show. She was a little taken aback and said, ‘Um, OK. I’ll tell him.’”

The actress, who plays Rachel Berry in the hit show then added that if the Justin episode does not go ahead, she would like a sequel to the Madonna tribute show they did last series.

Michele revealed: “If not Justin, I would hope it would be the sequel to the Madonna episode,” she said. “She has so many more amazing songs we didn’t even touch.”

As we reported yesterday, Timberlake’s ex-Britney Spears is set for a Glee cameo after it was confirmed that her back-catalogue would be used for a forthcoming episode.
