I’m the biggest Michael Jackson fan. He’s been a massive inspiration since I was a child. There is so much passion and energy in this song. I love the rock vibe in it. It’s one of my favourite songs of all time.

It’s really fun to dance to this. Whenever I’m out and this comes on everyone gets up and starts dancing. It’s from Justin Timberlake’s Future Sex/Love Sounds album, which is timeless. Justin Timberlake was another major inspiration growing up – I used to listen to his stuff all the time.

Smells Like Teen Spirit by Nirvana

This was a trendsetting song and started the grunge movement. It’s so addictive and I never get bored of hearing it. Nirvana are a band that will live on forever.

Frozen by Madonna

The lyrics on this track really make you think and I love its eerie, dark mood. As you can tell, I like all the big pop stars – Madonna is another huge inspiration.

I Gotta Feeling by Black Eyed Peas

This is such a great follow-up to Boom Boom Pow. It’s a huge song to get the party started, it never fails. From the minute the first beat kicks in you want to dance. It’s an amazing feel-good song.

Heartless by Kanye West

The lyrics in this are so easy to relate to and the melody is really catchy. I love the animated music video as well by Hype Williams.
