Jessica Biel Loves Justin Timberlake’s Mom
Jessica Biel may not be calling Lynn Harless “Mom” yet – but already Justin Timberlake‘s girlfriend and mother have formed a mutual admiration society.
“I love Lynn,” Biel told PEOPLE at Wednesday’s New York premiere of Summit on the Summit: Kilimanjaro, a documentary following her recent climb of Africa’s highest peak. “Lynn is the most wonderful woman. I am so in love with her.”
Less than a month ago, Harless was the one singing Biel’s praises. From her front-row seat at the William Rast fashion show during New York Fashion Week, she told PEOPLE: “She’s amazing. She’s so down-to-earth and her family is great.”
Harless’s esteem for her son’s girlfriend shot to a new level in December, when Biel borrowed her treadmill to train for her Kilimanjaro climb, in which the celebrity participants helped local villagers decontaminate their water. “She was at my house around Christmas and there was this crazy noise coming from my gym,” Harless said. “[She] had the treadmill to the highest level and was running with a 40 lb. backpack. I want to be her when I grow up!”
Biel, 27, said her training helped, though she had to focus on her breathing at such a high altitude when she was actually on the mountain. “I really had to take it slow because the second I started to get impatient or feel like let’s just go already, I would get nauseated or my head would start to pound,” she said. “You really had to respect the process of the mountain.”
Added her trainer, Jason Walsh: “If she feels good, she performs better.” Walsh has been working with Biel for 4 years, and started training Timberlake about 18 months ago. “Everybody would be surprised by how athletic Justin is,” Walsh said. “He’s really strong, has a good mentality – works hard.”

Even in 2010, Justin career and marketability would be harmed by being public with a relationship with a black woman or any woman of color for that matter. I actually believe if he had went for Rihanna it would become more marketable than now with Biel not because of the race but because rihanna is far bigger star than Biel.

I just don’t like being called racist by someone who doesn’t know me or where I am coming from. My sister-in-law is black. My Husband is Mexican/Nicaraguan. Being a white woman, white people feel free to say things to you they wouldn’t say to other people of color. So, I definitely know it is not the 18th century but while things have changed somethings still stay the same. Im pretty sure Rih has suffered for her ex leaking those photos. Certain magazines and sponsors weren’t doing anything with her for awhile.She actually told the truth when asked about her pics being out there and how it affected her and her mother. Idk anyone else who is a celeb that has actually talked about it like that. Her commercials for Cover girl has now been startng to play more. I think she’s fine and suffered enough. It is horrible to get physically abused by a man and then have him put out pictures of you that were private between them both. In that case, I will retract my statement about Rihanna. I think it has more to do with your obsession with Justin and black women. You want so much for him to date a black girl but since he doesnt you come up with these theories than he only dates them on the downlow and will never come public with them because he will loose large of his fanbase or because its not social acceptable. Chris Rock alluded to it in an interview junket for his movie Good Hair. He also made a comment that all of his public girlfriends have been white. Chris Rock even has enough sense to understand the entertainment world and Hollywood. I am not just making this shit up out of the blue. Like I said, Justin has in the past dated black women. I have an issue with how some female celebrities present themselves and how the media encourages girls, especially white girls, to present themselves in ways that are harmful and disrespectful to themselves. As for who Justin dates, like I said earlier it is fun and entertaining to talk about it but aside from that I really don’t give a shit doesn’t have any impact on my life at all. And, as far as how many girlfriends Justin has had. You don’t know how many girlfriends he has had. All you know is what the media has told you and what you want to believe.
