Justin Timberlake Granted Restraining Order
Justin Timberlake has won a restraining order against an accused stalker.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge David S. Cunningham III on Monday ordered Karen McNeil to stay away from the Grammy-winning singer for the next three years, The Associated Press reports.

Timberlake claimed in court documents last month that McNeil has repeatedly trespassed on his property and attempted to enter his home. She was arrested on Timberlake’s property on Oct. 22.
Representing herself, McNeil opposed the court order and wrote in court papers that she would marry Timberlake and “rule” with him.
Timberlake, 28, did not appear in court Monday.
According to E! Online, “Los Angeles Superior Court Judge David Cunningham to decide whether or not Timberlake should have to testify in person, the court decided a signed declaration would be enough.”
Timberlake who submitted an affidavit, called McNeil an “obsessed and mentally unstable stalker,” where she opposed the court order saying, she wanted to marry Timberlake and rule the world together,” according to AP.
Timberlake was granted a 3-year permanent restraining order against McNeil.

Like she listens to Jay-Z on a day to day basis lol. I’e seen her Myspace and all the songs she listens to and like, etc. Jay was nowhere in sight
