Justin Wins Permanent Restraining Order

Justin TimberlakeJustin Timberlake didn’t show to court this afternoon — but he still got the permanent restraining order he was after.
Karen McNeil was ordered to stay 100 yards away from JT, his home and his vehicle. She is not allowed to contact him — directly or indirectly.
Justin’s lawyer, Marty Singer, gave the judge a written declaration from his client that apparently was good enough for the judge, who had requested a courtroom cameo earlier today.
McNeil testified for a bit, as did a few of JT’s security guards.
I love him like this.. he should keep this style forever!!

According to Fox 411 Jessica Biel wants to be with Justin Timberlake so badly, she’s eating his terms, even if his terms dictate that their relationship remains open, leaving him to f-ck whoever else he wants to, and her at the same time.

Speaking of Justin acting, The Open Road, his movie that sucked so much bomb it barely made it into theatres, will be released on DVD on November 17th. Slightly better than Madonna in Swept Away, but that’s a classic sh-t to diarrhea comparison.

Glad it got solved quickly and safely! I still think it was a bit of a punk move to not show up but then again I don’t blame him for not wanting to be close to that maniac! So is the woman not being locked up or anything? Just a 3 year retraining order? She could still not follow those orders? She is crazy and obsessed enough not to follow the order so Justin and his people still need to be on the safe side! That’s very scary that she was heard yelling down the hallway!

The singer arrived with a pal around 11:30 p.m., with more buddies joining him as the night went on.
