Justin has to be in court
TMZ has learned Justin Timberlake was ordered to show up in court Monday to prove the woman he’s accused of harassing him is a threat.
But Timberlake’s lawyer figured out the best way to deal with it was by getting rid of Judge Carol Boas Goodson. As we first reported, Timberlake obtained a temporary restraining order last month against Karen McNeil. Timberlake claims she showed up at his property several times without invitation.
Timberlake’s case is due back in court Monday — his lawyer will try to make the restraining order permanent.
Here’s the rub, Timberlake never submitted a sworn declaration about the woman.
The declarations filed were from his two bodyguards, claiming the woman is an ominous stranger. But McNeil submitted a 60 page response in which she said she’s a long time friend of Timberlake’s. Although the response is rambling and crazy, it’s her word against bodyguards who don’t know Timberlake that well.
As a result, sources tell us the judge told Timberlake’s lawyer to get his client in court on Monday and testify himself about McNeil. Apparently, that didn’t sit well with the lawyer who filed legal papers to disqualify the judge so a new judge will hear the case.
We don’t know if Timberlake will show on Monday … stay tuned.

Maybe they really love each other and are trying to work things out. It’s the only explaination i can think of as to why they are still together. Why would you stay with a person you didn’t like or why would you pretend to date them. Surely that would be awkward if they were broken up. I don’t understand. I’m guessing they’ll probably still be together this time next year as much as i hate to admit it.

A source tells Fox411 that despite appearances, the two are definitely not back together full-time. Instead, they are going the time-tested route of first seeing what its like being part-time lovers.

As far as Ashley’s tweet. I read her twitter and yes, she was talking about NEW RUMORS but it was just about Rihanna and Justin. You need to read what the other girl is asking her and Ash responded YES AND YESSS, and then her next tweet was the one about feeling sorry for oatty.
Anyway, until there is an official announcement in the press that they’ve broken up, it’s futile following them and trying to look for “Signs”.
Until that offiicial announcement I’m just going to assume they are together as a couple and there will be sightings at places and candids.
