Despite reports that Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel’s two-year relationship is over, sources tell PEOPLE the couple have not broken up.
In fact, on Monday night they were photographed together while on a getaway in Northern California.
“They’re together,” says an insider. “They’re not breaking up. Any time they spend time apart it’s because they’re working.”
Over the summer, Timberlake, 28, was in Europe promoting his Givenchy fragrance and William Rast clothing line, while Biel, 27, remained in Los Angeles where she starred in Guys and Dolls.
But in January, the actress plans to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro (as part of the star-studded Summit on the Summit expedition to raise awareness for clean water), and Timberlake, says sources, is in talks to join her.
A Rough Patch
Whether the couple will still be together in three months is another story. According to a second source, they are going through a rough-patch
“Things have been a bit up in the air recently,” says the source. “They’ve been spending more time apart – more time with each of their friends, and they’ve been reevaluating [their relationship].”
On Sept. 22, Biel was dateless at the L.A. wrap party for her upcoming film Valentine’s Day, and on Sept. 25, Timberlake partied at Crown Bar in West Hollywood with best friend Trace Ayala.
Adds the source, “Jessica has felt like they haven’t been on the same page – haven’t had the same priorities.”
As for rumors that Timberlake has been getting close to Rihanna, a source close to her insists that the relationship is purely professional: “They’re working together. They were in the studio for her album and they’ll be going back in again.”

After a rocky two-year run, the couple has reportedly called it quits, Us Weekly reports in its latest issue. And it was the “SexyBack” singer who is said to have ended things over the phone “about a month ago.”
While in New York in September to show his William Rast clothing line at Fashion Week, Timberlake was “clearly on the hunt,” snitches a friend.
The singer supposedly dirty-danced with a tall blond in a short black dress at a Manhattan club Sept. 9. The late-night incident is similar to another guys’ night out in June when JT was allegedly spotted making out with a woman at N.Y.C. hot spot Avenue.
Curious clubgoer Lindsay Lohan didn’t hold back when she witnessed the alleged incident and snapped a nearly blacked-out photo, asking, “So dark — where’s jb cheater?”
The troubled starlet eventually claimed her Twitter account had been “hacked,” however an Us source says she panicked after Timberlake “told all his people to ban Lindsay and make her life miserable.”
Timberlake’s attempt to fix his flawed relationship with his curvaceous girlfriend proved unsuccessful as the couple had been having problems long before cheating rumors began.
In July, the Daily News’ Gatecrasher column reported that Timberlake and Biel’s relationship was quickly headed for Splitsville.
“Things don’t look good for them right now — they’ve hit a really rocky spot,” confides a source close to JT, who added that serious problems began back in February during a boys’ trip to Las Vegas.
“Justin had to leave dinner once because Jessica was calling him incessantly. They got into a huge screaming match over the phone about how she’s always ‘checking up’ on him,” said the source. “She’s extremely needy and is always keeping tabs on him.”
The insider wasn’t the only one who thought the actress was a bother.
“All his friends think she’s really annoying,” added the source. “She’s always trying to be one of the guys. She and Justin have no chemistry.”
Now that Timberlake has finally cut the cord on the couple’s ill-fated romance, Us reports that Biel is in “severe denial and won’t accept” the split.
Another source added, “There’s no way of knowing if it’s a firm breakup, because with them it’s so hot and cold.”

As much as I would love to believe that they’ve broken up I think their just fighting. For one I don’t think she’d announce climbing Kilimanjaro if they were broken up, but maybe she’s doing that to try and salvage the relationship. I guess we’ll know the real truth in a couple of weeks, if she goes to the golf tournament or visits him in Boston, their still together. Cameron is filming in Boston too, maybe she and JT will hook up–that would really piss Jessica off (and make me really happy) I just wish he’d dump her ass and get it over with!

This is the same magazine that says Brad and Angie broke up…….US weekly is a joke! Along with OK and In touch. people is credible.

US weekly was NOT the magazine that said Brad and Angie broke up. As a matter of fact it was US Weekly who quoted sources saying they were still together…FROM June 09′:
“A source tells Us Weekly: “They have their fights and moments, but generally things are good. They are happy – and Brad loves being a father!”

Their second source quoted in their magazine article said there were issues and the relationship is up in the air and might not make it for another three months. Sorry Julie, you and the other fangirls at JJB are in denial. Most of us here have seen this for months…J and Biel’s constant on and off and their little breaks. We saw it in the pics with their face and body language, we heard the stories and we could read in between the lines. Meanwhile the girls at JJB were talking a possible wedding in the summer. lol
im pretty confident this relationship is on life support and has been since february/march of this year.

us weekly reported nick and jessica split before anyone, even though nick and jessica denied the cover story.. they also reported leanne rimes was cheating..etc. they are not 100% accurate, i’m not even going to front and say that, but they’ve been pretty damn good at breaking celebrity news over the last couple of years.

She looked cute and in love earlier in their relationship and now looks like a worn out old woman. She’s been way out of her league and must have felt like she hit the jackpot with him and hoped to be the “one” he’d marry. I think he was very much in love with her in the beginning but from what he said obviously no where near ready to marry as she might have counted on. It’s hard to break up but it looks like they really need to.

If they smiled in every pic that was taken with them, I’d say there would be a problem. A lot of people here say they’re always looking grouchy. Well I would too with someone in my face 24/7. They said u can only vote for one nominess only using a valid email address, if u vote 4 more than one nominess using the same email address it be counted as one vote. They say the voting closes at 25th of November and the votes and winner will be revealed on the 29th of November 2009. Meanwhile JLS the british boy band who were the finalist on last years talent show the Ex-factor which have been viewed on UK freeview channel ITV2, they were one of the british celebrities that was voting 4 JT on the 4music.com as the worlds greatest popstar and urging more people to vote 4 J.T so he can win the votes as the world greatest popstar, now that u fans know on this website, only unless if u didn’t know be4, I don’t have 2 guess where your votes will be heading on 4music.com
