Justin Timberlake proved himself so well as host of the ESPYs this month, that he’s being asked to host next year’s Academy Awards! That’s a huge honor!
Members of the academy are apparently sure that JT has what it takes to boost ratings for the 2009 show, and bring in younger viewers.
Justin is reportedly considering the idea, and if he doesn’t end up accepting, Tina Fey is on deck! Two great performers! They can’t go wrong with either of those two!

well they are right about JT boosting their ratings cos the Oscars are usually very long and very boring. Justin should change that a bit.. But the fact that the Oscars is a very formal award show makes it not as much fun. Hopefully Justin will host it, that will give me a reason to watch it. (usually I only watch the red carpet)
Bad idea
I always watch the oscars or rather I have it on but I read through it and just watch the good awards. There are too many boring awards although I’m sure the people winning them would disagree. lol Justin more then proved at the espy’s he’d be up for the challenge. He also loves movies almost as much as sports so he probably would be as knowlegable. It’ll probably be a rumore though so I won’t get my hopes up until we know for sure.
It’s hopefully not true even though they are right about him boosting the ratings but i still don’t want him to. Not at this stage anyway!
I watched them once and they kinda bored me! It was way way toooo long and for the most part too serious for my taste. If he hosted them I would probably end up watching them. I also love Tina Fey so which ever is fine with me! =)
